Virtual Parent Support Group for Parents Experiencing Burnout

 

Parenting an autistic or neurodiverse child is a rewarding but demanding journey, and it’s not uncommon for parents to experience burnout along the way. 

 

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected, our Parent Support Group is here to offer the support and understanding you need to navigate this challenging time. 

 

This group is designed specifically for parents of autistic and neurodiverse children who are experiencing burnout and need a space to connect, share, and receive professional guidance.

 

Group Details

Facilitators: Led by experienced registered social workers with lived experience. 

Open to parents currently residing in BC, Ontario, and Alberta

Duration: 4-week sessions tailored to address burnout and the unique challenges of parenting neurodiverse children

Cost: $75 per session

Benefits: Eligible for coverage through most health insurance plans
